The Kūkiʻo Golf and Beach Club is situated on the beautiful Kona-Kohala coast, 25 minutes north of downtown Kona. Three Neighborhoods

Just north of the main club area is Kaʻūpūlehu. This neighborhood known for its rich history and rugged beauty. It’s not uncommon to see wales and spinner dolphins breaching just off the shoreline, and ancient petroglyphs (rock art) and artifacts have been found throughout the area. Sit back on your lanai and watch the massive waves crash over the rocks.
Kaʻūpūlehu is one of the most desirable neighborhoods on the Kona Coast. It features its own community pool, dining lanai, bar area and event lawn. Phase II of Kaʻūpūlehu is still under construction, and new home sites are available. Some sites include a full acre of land for maximum privacy.
Maniniʻōwali
To the south of the main club is another prestigious community called Maniniʻōwali. This neighborhood offers incredible views of Kohala and Kona coasts, and on clear days, you can even see Maui. With its own private sports complex, Maniniʻōwali is perfect for families looking to begin their island life.
